Anyone know where can I download a DVD rip of John-Hoon 5 Stella Lights in Stellar Ball?

These are clips of the whole concert:
I don't know if I forgot about this or I got satisfied with clips, there's a lot in youtube. Also since I use twitter more frequently, I don't have the urge to update here in livejournal. I'll make a proper post this weekend or the week/s to follow...

...is it hard to read the COMMENT TO BE ADDED in this post??? because you got distracted by Shige?!

Or
Should I make RULES and increases my criteria in adding someone and post it in this SIZE so it's readable?

P.S.

As much as possible, I told myself not so long ago to evade and resist in posting at friending meme(reasons need need to be elaborated)...And in reality, I'm a snob in person.

I feel that I'm in no position to make a timing tutorial since I don't have that much experience in timing. But this will be useful for anyone who wants to learn the very basic of timing.

Note: Making a tutorial takes "time". I made this tutorial in my free. No part of this guide may be reproduced with out the permission of the contributor. Give proper credit at most.

This tutorial is for the basic timing using aegisub v2. Tutorial for karaoke timing will follow. You need to learn how to do the basic timing first before you will be able to do karaoke timing. So take your time in to reading and understanding how to do basic timing.

(This is a step by step tutorial for timing using aegisub v2.)

1. Always SAVE your work. It's such a loss when you are almost done with the timing and you're not able to save your work. Honestly, it already happened to me twice. I'm already finished timing a 30 minutes episode for 2 hours then when I look on the files, it's not saved. But with that, my timing skills are pretty much practiced. When I re-time it again, I'm able to finish it with in an hour. SO practice is really needed to sharpen your timing skills.

2. Open aegisub. You will see this:

3. Open the subtitle you're going to use. (Files>Open Subtitles)

Choose the subtitle you need to use. Translations that are going to be used as subtitles should be save in "notepad" or "wordpad". Notepad and Wordpad are the ones recognized by the subtitle software.

4. Once the subtitles are open. Now open the video you're going to use. (Video>Open Video)

You can now see the loaded video on the upper left of the screen. (See next picture)

5. Now open the Audio from the Video. (Audio>Open Audio from Video)

It would look like this:

Either you can close the video temporarily (Video>Close Video) or proceed on timing while the video is open. Another option is to "detach" the video. (Video>Detach). The video will turn into a small window so that you can still watch the video while timing.

When you closed the video, it would look like this:

You will have a closer and bigger view of the sound spectrum. It'll be easy to put the time per line.

6. Timing...

Point your cursor in the spectrum. LEFT click for the Starting time and RIGHT click to End the timing.

LEFT click = starting time

RIGHT click = end time

Starting time is RED

End time is ORANGE

The timed spectrum will be blackened and the present timing will have a color red in between the [||].

That's it. You already timed a line. Now the only thing you need to do is to continue with timing every line.

Just a reminder, make the time for each line adequate to be read. Give an ample amount of time for the subtitles to appear on screen. Irrelevant words like Ano~, Uhmm... , Ahh..., and even the single words like What? Majide?! should be given a maximum of 1 second time.

7. Fine timing.

You can use the TPP (Timing Post Processor) function to give an exact lead in and lead out time for each line. Personally I don't use this. I prefer giving my own lead in and lead out time. But to give an exact timing before and after each line you can use the TPP function.

Timing>Timing Post Processor

Put the desired lead in and lead out time for the desired styles. Usually the Default style is used for the TPP function. Styles are the ones used in Typesetting.

if you have questions, just post a reply here. i'll try to answer your questions.

While having a break from timing task, I re watched Kiseki no Kizuna Shige parts now with subtitles. It's subtitled by newshfan

I've been watching late night documentaries lately and I'm already used to watching such situations. It's really inspiring to know that Yamaguchi is doing such things to help a country that she don't even grew up. With the current situation and her drive to reach out and help, she's really a strong person. Despite having a hard time in her stay, she didn't surrender and continue on with her ideals, to help Bangladesh.

It's fun watching Shige play with the kids in the orphanage and teaching them Kibou yell. It's such a win to watch it.

I understand  the ideals of my friend. He have this dream of putting up an orphanage to be able to help. I and my other two friends also have the same ideals to be able to help. Maybe 5 years from now, I know we can make our ideals into reality and make our dream of helping come true.

It's also great how Yamaguchi dealt with the beggar. Honestly, and sorry to say, I have this harsh different way of dealing with beggars. Sometimes I feel guilty about it but what can I do, my moodiness just kicks in making me annoyed. I just need to calm down for sometime and face it. My older brother and my father also have this calm way of dealing with not-so-well-off people. Maybe because they got used to talking to different people already and know how to deal with it.

I also have to agree with Yamaguchi that giving aid or charity isn't enough for people to live with. There should be ways other than giving aid for them to have a living. My father also don't believe on giving to charity. For him, it's better to give them something to live with.Thru our family business, we're employing people from not so well off family. And thru working for us, they're able to have a living and they're even able to get their children to study.

It's really great letting Shige be the correspondent for this segment. Shige have this different aura and with his hobby of photography, it's really great. I know Shige sometimes tend to act cool in some tv shows but watching him doing this documentary segment, he's showing his real side and it's really amazing how he deals with it.

Ok, I got to go back in to my task now.^ ^

Got tagged by yobebi  Might as well do this since I'm bored.

Rules: Once you've been tagged, you are supposed to write a note with 25 random things, facts, habits, or goals about you. At the end, choose 25 people to be tagged. You have to tag the person who tagged you. If I tagged you, it's because I want to know more about you.

Random 25...Collapse )

It took me a lot of time doing this. Who knows thinking of 25 random things about you takes time. I'm not tagging anyone as always. Just do this if you want...

Just watched the Shige parts and it's really great. Shige's looking so ikemen x kakkoi. I didn't understand what they are saying but I'm able to recognize some words and trying to iterate some sentences and watching their body language. Lately I've been watching late night documentary shows this past few days and somehow I watching it and getting this kind of feeling. Surely, Shige can suit as a documentary reporter. With his photography skills and his narrating voice, it's really a whole package.

Shige took a lot of photos and all are great. It's like he can capture the emotions of the subject. It's a bit funny for me to see Shige eating with his hands and using his right hand despite being left handed. Despite going with the norm of using spoon and fork, here in our country we also eat with our bare hand. It's amusing to see some foreign people having a hard time to eat with bare hands. There's a "proper way" to eat with hands. But with cultural influences, we also learn how to use chopsticks and such.

He also teach the young boys the dance step for Teppen.  XD It's Kibou yell *get's bricked* I'm actually listening to Teppen while typing this entry so I typed Teppen instead of Kibou yell...

Surely, someday I hope NEWS will be given a show for them.

Lastly, Happy Birthday to my eldest brother. Yup, our birthdays are consecutive and my cousin's birthday is in the 15th.
